There is an important place for every child from birth through elementary school at Hillside. We consider it our privilege to nurture every child in their spiritual growth.

Preschool children get to sing in our Children’s Choir and even perform in the worship service once a month. They get to be in the Christmas Pageant and make their own music.

The kindergartner and grade school children get to participate in a worship service designed just for them. This service takes place in the Children’s Chapel while the adults are worshiping in the sanctuary.

The elementary child gets to be in Blacklight Theatre and do special productions of Bible stories. Blacklight is fun and a great way to learn about the Bible.

All children can participate in Vacation Bible School and Church Camp. These are summer programs that can help your child “connect with Jesus and with each other.”

In the Spring (Lent), we offer classes for your child to learn about Church membership, baptism and make a commitment to Christ.
